It is likely that demand will exceed supply so, in attempt at fairness, the names of those interested will be placed in a hat, or similar container, and 4 will be picked randomly at 12.00 GMT on Sunday 16th February. Payment details will be then emailed. Please don't ask for a specific edition & accept that if you are successful you will be sent 1 of the 4.
